Poster Presentation Information for Authors
Poster presentation sessions are dedicated forums where researchers, practitioners, and students showcase their work in an interactive, visual format designed to promote communication and interaction. These sessions will follow the Plenary Lectures on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:30-12:20, and will be held independently from the concurrent oral sessions or any other scheduled presentations. Posters will be displayed for 90-120 minutes, which will allow interaction between presenters and attendees for prolonged periods.
Your poster will be printed by The Combustion Institute, at no additional cost to you only if you adhere to the attached deadlines and guidelines. Authors who miss the deadline must print and transport their poster at their own expense. Authors may choose to print and transport their posters independently; however, all PPPs must follow the specified guidelines and be delivered onsite the day before the scheduled presentation.

Deadlines
The preferred submission format is Adobe Illustrator (.AI), which provides the best print quality and allows a later deadline: 22 June 2026.
If you submit a PDF, print quality may be reduced and the file must be submitted approximately three weeks earlier: 8 June 2026
In the event when converting your presentation to either PDF or .AI your font requires downsizing due to long titles, multiple authors etc. please exercise your best judgment in relation to the guidelines provided above regarding font size. Please note: by decreasing font size there is a risk that the material on your poster will become harder to read.
No extensions will be granted. Authors who miss the deadline must print and transport their poster at their own expense. Authors may choose to print and transport their posters independently; however, all PPPs must follow the formatting guidelines above.
Instructions and a link to confirm your session information and to upload your presentation materials will be sent to each accepted author.
